The tutorial shows how you can create different Windows XP user accounts if your computer is being used by different persons, say by your family members.

1. Click on start button and select control panel.

2. Now click on user accounts.

3. If you have switched to classic view of control panel then screen will look like this, select user accounts here and double-click on it.

4. Now click on create a new account. You can also modify your existing account by selecting change an account option.

5. Enter the name of the user you want to create.

6. Select from two type of accounts – as an computer administrator account, the user will have all the admin rights of the computer that you have. By choosing limited account, you can keep some restrictions for that user. Click on the 'user account types' at left side in window to know about the user rights.
